Evaluation Days and Times

(you may come any day monday - thursday for the clinic)

Evaluation Clinics:

Monday, May 23th through Thursday, May 26th 6-8 p.m.

**All athletes need to be present Monday through Wednesday to learn the evaluation routine. Thursday is optional and is made available for extra practice time. The entire week is included in your tryout fee.
**All paperwork is due by Thursday May 19th!!

Evaluations:

Friday May 27st starting at 6:00 p.m.
All athletes must arrive at 5:30 p.m. and will be given a tryout number at that time. Athletes will tryout in groups of 3.

All athletes will receive a phone call no later than May 28th.

Cost:

Evaluations cost $25. This price includes the entire week of clinics as well as an Ultimate Storm T-shirt.

Ultimate Storm’s evaluations are stress-free. Everyone makes a team, therefore this is an opportunity to have fun and make new friends!
